EVPN RT5 over SRv6

EVPN Route Type 5 (RT-5) is used to advertise IP prefix reachability for Layer 3 services within an EVPN instance. It allows IP routing information to be exchanged through the EVPN control plane instead of using traditional VPNv4 or VPNv6 routes.
After confirming route installation and SRv6 resolution, we generated bidirectional traffic between the service prefixes for both IPv4 and IPv6, and we observed correct forwarding with no packet loss.
