7 The E-LAN (Ethernet LAN) service over SRv6 was tested to ensure Layer 2 connectivity between endpoints while leveraging SRv6 as the transport mechanism.
8 The validation focused on verifying EVPN Type-2 , ensuring correct MAC address reachability. The results confirmed that MAC addresses were learned and advertised correctly, with the next-hop for MAC routes being an SRv6 SID, while SRv6 Locators and Service SIDs were properly assigned for the E-LAN service.
