Last modified by Silvana Loroño on 2025/07/18 11:36

We're thrilled to announce the EANTC Multi-Vendor MPLS & SDN Interoperability Test Event 2026, which will be held in collaboration with Upperside World Congresspreviously named "MPLS World Congress"The testing will occur in Berlin from  January 26 to February 6, 2026.

The technical test areas will focus on end-to-end validation of innovations in Segment Routing (SR-MPLS, SRv6), EVPN, Orchestration and Automation, and Time Synchronization. Key topics include segment routing with Flex-Algo and bi-directional policies, end-to-end network slicing, data center overlay automation, real-time telemetry, time sync over MACsec and DWDM, EVPN services over SRv6/SR-MPLS, SDN-controlled multicast, and Ethernet-based transport interoperability for AI/HPC workloads.

The test results will be published and presented live at the Paris Congress from March 24 to 27, 2026. EANTC’s showcase is a well-established event that benefits vendors and provides a unique ecosystem for fostering collaboration and innovation in the most advanced network scenarios. EANTC ensures a comprehensive testing environment tailored to service providers’ needs.

Benefits of Participation

EANTC’s interoperability Test Reports are highly regarded by service providers, offering valuable insights into the maturity and readiness of emerging technologies. Our documentation outlines practical use cases and network design templates that operators can integrate into their own architectures. These reports have proven instrumental in launching innovation initiatives, meeting RFP demands related to multi-vendor compatibility, and minimizing the need for redundant Proof-of-Concepts. The initiative creates a collaborative environment where vendors can test and refine interoperability before deployment. Participation in the event boosts solution quality and shortens the rollout time in real-world customer implementations.

Marketing and Publication

The results of this interoperability event will be marketed:

  • Test Report: An extensive, detailed description of all use cases, test setups, and results (positive results by vendor/solution name, negative results anonymously as "state of the industry") will be available free of charge on our website. Paper copies will be distributed at the conference in Paris,  featuring just key highlights and insights from each test area.
  • Live demonstrations by participating vendors will be coordinated by EANTC during the showcase in Paris.
  • Recording of demos: The showcase demonstrations will be recorded, and the videos will be available via EANTC's YouTube and other business media channels.
  • Press releases, social media posts, and blogs by EANTC and participating vendors will be published
  • Business Social Media: LinkedIn, YouTube
  • EANTC Newsletter

We hope this initiative benefits you and look forward to your participation!
